    Tips, while preparing dish, wash dal very delicately under water. Repeated cleaning of dal with water washes away some very important minerals and may also lose its vital nutritious taste.
     
    Packing
     

    25 kgs or 50 kgs either in white strong new polypropylene bag or in new Hessian jute bags with inner poly bag, where necessary. Special paper bags are also used for some products. Consumer packs of 2 kg, 1 kg & 500 grams in 20 kgs net in a strong new carton are also available. We also pack according to customer’s specification
     
    Rice
     

    Modern has a remarkable reputation as the exporters of premium quality Basmati and Non-Basmati traditional Rice. Word "Bas", "Mati" if translated it literally means "Aroma of Mother Earth". Rice is part of tradition, which took birth going back some 5 000 B.C. It has now become cultural in many parts of the world and that is why rice is consumed almost in every part of the world. Our Pakistani rice is famous because it has many characteristics, including, they are aromatic, well matured, more white, extra long, superb texture and deliciously tasty.

    Modern believes in bringing best of the crop for our customer base. We source our rice mainly from around the foothills of Himalayas, where the most Mother Nature fertile soil, helps nurtures and nourishes the crop and enhances its flavour and aroma. The crop is then processed, maintaining impeccable hygienic. We also preserve rice so that it is well matured for better taste and results. Thus only the finest of grains, find their way to the special temper-proof packaging. The packaging has been designed to protect and maintain the freshness.

    Packing
     

    25 kgs, 50 kgs strong new Jute bag, also packed in polypropylene bag. Special packing are also undertaken where we pack rice with in a strong new cotton cloth bag are also available and are being prepared upon customer’s choice/ specification.

     
    Fresh Fruit (Pulp/ Slices) & Vegetables
     

    We deal in variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. However, we specialize in Mangoes, like, Sindhri, Chaunsa, Langra, Anwar Ritol, Fajari, Apples, Orange and Guava.     Honey
     

    Honey is another very natural source; it is famous for its sweet aroma and taste. It contains many natural minerals i.e. proteins, which are very beneficial to human kind. There is always huge demand for our 100% Pure Natural Honey. We have wide range of honey to offer our customers. We can supply container loads of honey while maintaining our quality to its highest level. Packing is usually involves 200-300 kgs strong new steel barrel or drums.     Gift from nature as we call it. These precious products are mostly to be found in Northern part of the Pakistan. Dry Fruits have now become part of regular taste, used in many cuisine, where as some are also used as medicinal & cosmetic purposes.
